Bad news for me

I discovered something a little disturbing this afternoon. First of all, for background information, I should point out that because of the rheumatoid arthritis I’ve been gifted with, I have been taking prednisone for the last 10 years. Just one little annoyance

I’m sure most of my readers are at least mildly familiar with what Rheumatoid Arthritis is. It’s been shown on television and in the movies enough. Anyone remember Fred Sanford?

The trip to the surgeon

My sister-in-law was gracious enough to drive me the three hours or so to see my heart surgeon today. I’ve discovered that the arthritis in my knees makes it absolutly no fun whatsoever to be in the back seat of a car for extended periods of time.
