What a month so I’m having

I was running. It doesn’t matter why. Perhaps I was playing with my daughter, or chasing my dog, or chasing a runaway car, or maybe I just wanted some exercise. The reason, at this point, doesn’t matter. I was running.
Your toes are probably the most uncredited support features in your entire body. As you’re standing without even realizing it your toes are making constant little adjustments to keep you balanced so that you don’t fall over.
It’s easy to find a lot of textures of fingers that have been deformed by rheumatoid arthritis. What most people don’t think about is that the toes can be deformed just as badly as the fingers in those pictures that are so easy to find. This does terrible things to a person’s balance when they’re trying to either run walk or stand for an extended period of time.
Again, I was running. I should never do that. I manage to get about three steps before falling with all my weight squarely on both knees. This was enough of a shock to react to tendons from both quadriceps.
At this point I can expect to be in the leg braces with my knees immobile to one degree or another until roughly the middle of March.
It is going to be a long a month.
