his mom’s dream gift?

The obnoxious neighbor caught me again today and wanted to talk about the humidifier he’s planning on getting his mom for Christmas. I managed to refrain from looking him in the face and asking who in their right mind gives their mother a humidifier for Christmas but I got to hear his explanation anyway. It had something to do with a breathing issue or dry skin or something; I had already tuned him out and wasn’t listening. I did hear something about how this particular humidifier filters the air also.
Um, I don’t claim to be the most knowledgeable person at this end of the internet, but don’t all humidifiers have filter inside them somewhere?
