Ingenuity in action
Welcome back!
While we were enduring the power failure last week my brother came up with an interesting way to cook meals. We were blessed with a wood-burning fireplace with an insert that we were able to cook on. My brother didn’t have such a convenience and, because necessity is the mother of invention, he devised a way of cooking on an oil lamp that I thought was a stroke of genius.
It’s amazing what you can come up with when the alternative is not eating.
