I meant to get this update typed up last night or today but between being so tired last night and so busy today, this is the first shot I’ve had.
Okay. Remember when I was complaining about the obnoxious neighbor who felt he was wronged by the cops because they ticketed him for smoking his tires and for not having car insurance? Well, yesterday he did the smart thing (surprised the daylights out of me!) and put insurance oh his car. Was he thankful that in this little town, they give first-offenders a break by erasing the ticket if you get insurance within 10 days?
Of course not!
Now he’s ranting and raving to anyone who’ll listen (or can’t escape in time) about how the cops are getting a cut of the insurance companies profits.
PUH-LEEZE! What would they spend such a “cut” on, anyway? There isn’t a decent dounut shop within 35 miles of here.
