My master plan

I’ve been thinking about what I said yesterday in my rant about that online photography contest. I’ve decided I’m going to do exactly what I said. I’ve picked out this truly awful picture that was taken almost five years ago with an el-cheap-o digital camera which, looking back, was little more than a toy. By the time America’s Largest Retailer discontinued it, they had lowered the price, little by little, down to $5.

Here’s a preview of the picture I’m submitting:

A prize winner, for sure! It’s always a great idea to point the camera directly at the sun. That ensures that you have as much light as possible. Since photography is just capturing light, the more, the better, right?

I think there are a couple of cows in that picture. Could be donkeys. Or maybe horses. All I know is they’re too big to be the turkeys that escaped becoming another of Aunt Mabel’s Thanksgiving recipes later that year.
