Who threw away the cat?

My mother-in-law has a strange cat. This animal occasionally decides she must be in some really strange spot. Her favorite trick is to wait until Mom has her file cabinet drawer open and then climb into it.When she does that, poor Mom has to wrestle with her to get her out.
This is a stunt she hasn’t pulled in a long time. Every week on Thursday morning the garbage truck comes by so, therefore, every week on Wednesday afternoon all the trash cans and waste paper baskets in the house get changed. This evening CeeCee discovered an empty waste basket and decided it looked comfortable . . . or maybe she’s feeling depressed and wants to be put out with the trash.
My daughter wants me to send this picture to http://lolcats.com/. but I’m having a little trouble thinking up the perfect caption.
