What gets me is when someone will pull out in front of you and then go 10 miles under the speed limit. I am actually hurt right now I was rear ended by a lady talking on her cell phone. Thank goodness I had my seat belt on, and was stopped far enough back from another driver in front of me, or I would have rear ended that person.
