Separated At Birth #7: John Rhys-Davies and Luciano Pavaratti

I’ll be honest, I noticed this similarity because I was watching an episode of Sliders in which John Rhys-Davies’s character, Professor Arturo, was mistaken for the famous operatic tenor, Luciano Pavaratti. Given how much alike they look, I’m almost ashamed of myself for not noticing it myself.

| You might also have seen John Rhys-Davies as Sallah in the Indiana Jones movies, as Viscount Mabrey in The Princess Diaries 2, or as Leonardo Da Vinci in two episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. | Lucianno Pavaratti has appeared in over 20 movies, both box-office and made-for-television, none of which I have ever heard of, mainly because I don’t speak Italian. These include Pagliacci, Don Carlo, and Elisir d’amore, L’ to name but a few. |
