Separated At Birth #5: Peter Mark Richman and Frollo

If you were to draw a cartoon character based on a real person, and that real person happened to be Peter Mark Richman, then the cartoon character you ended up drawing would more than likely be Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. | Even if you don’t recognize the name, Peter Mark Richman has a face that almost surely looks familiar. according to the Internet Movie DataBase, his career goes back to 1953 and includes mostly guest appearances on various television shows along with a relativly few movies. I saw him most recently as on Three’s Company playing Reverend Snow, Chrissy’s father.
