Pardon me?
Think about that phrase. Does that not sound like one of the dumbest phrases ever invented, once you think about it? What reason would anyone have for trying to rehabilitate a drug? It seems to me that the process of rehabilitating a person who has been addicted to drugs should be called simply “rehabilitation” or “recovery” or some such… something that makes it clear that it’s the person who’s being helped out, not the drug.
