I have got to know, WHAT the heck IS this. I’m going to be up nights wondering!

Yikes! What is that!? Definitely not something I would want to see chilling out in my living room on the recliner holding the remote! It looks like something out of a horror movie, right, like a gremlin - yuck!

It is an Aye-aye, or Daubentonia madagascariensis, a native of Madagascar.
