Man charged with shoplifting maxi pads

I really have to wonder what this guy’s motivation was for swiping Maxi pads from a local store. What, his wife / girlfriend sent him after them and he wasn’t secure enough in his manhood to take them through the checkout?
I grew up with three sisters. I’ve been married twice, once for two years and once for 14 years and counting. I have four teenaged daughters. Maxi pads no longer shock me. It’s no more embarrassing than buying “bathroom tissue” (Peh!).
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A 21-year-old Martinsburg, W.Va., man was arraigned over the weekend on a felony count of shoplifting after a grocery store employee told police they caught him attempting to steal maxi pads, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.
