* Rats and horses can’t vomit.

How is it that these people can say that so assuredly? Maybe that should read, “Nobody has ever SEEN a rat or a horse vomit” or better yet, “Nobody has ever bothered to REPORT seeing a rat or a horse vomit”. I know I could think of more noteworthy things to run and tell the neighbors about than seeing a horse do a Technicolor yawn.
