Trivia for 8/17/2007

* People say “Bless you” when you sneeze because when you sneeze, your heart stops for a mili-second.
Maybe it’s jusr me, but don’t consider it to be a big deal if my heart stops for a mili-second. This is partially because when I had my open-heart surgery, my heart was stopped for a couple of hours. Granted, I was on a heart-lung machine for that whole time, but the fact remains that my heaert was stopped for 2 hours. Since that was the only break it’s had, (other than the occasional sneeze), I’m very glad it was willing to go back to work after only a two-hour break in 43 years.
