Why not memes?

Welcome back!

I don’t understand something. The other day I got tagged with this ‘8 things about me’ meme and I dutifully posted 8 random facts about myself then went out and tagged 8 other folks to do the same. What I don’t get is that of the 8 people I tagged, only three followed up on the thing, and one of them didn’t tag anyone.

Why not?

Do the other 5 people just not want the incomming links that this silly little game generates?

:boggle:

Some people just don’t like them. Me? I cannot get enough. I think they are so much fun to read about other people. Regardless, I liked your 8 things. :)

Yeah, I can see where some people might see it as a bit childish, but when you get right down to it, isn’t the whole point of blogging to have fun? And, besides, the incomming links never hurt either.
