I keep hearing on the news about how unbelievably hot it is on the west coast this summer. The other day I read that Las Vegas got up to 128 degrees ferenhiet and yesterday someone said that L.A. was around 110 or so… and we’re still not into the hottest part of summer yet!
It really makes me wonder why someone would want to buy a house out there. Is there a special california mortgage rate that makes the heat, earthquakes, and lunatics worth dealing with?
