I recently learned that people are actually able to get paid for blogging and that got me excited. Imagine, someone actually willing to pay me for my opinion!
Smorty.com is one such place. Smorty connects advertisers to bloggers who write opinions or reviews with links back to the advertiser’s site.
To an advertiser, the links in those blogs are almost like gold because they’re surrounded by lots and lots of relevant text, which the search engines just love to see when figuring things like page rank.
www.smorty.com impressed me right away because, unlike some other “get paid for blogging”-type places I’ve seen, they reviewed my aplication and approved me for their blog advertising program faster than I could believe. Other places have made me wait to find anything out for as long as a week or so, but smorty.com had me ready to go in less than four hours.
