Help with weight loss
I’ve been a “big guy” for most of the last 30 years. When I was 12 or so, I stood 5′7″ and weighed in at 190 lbs. By the time I finished high school I was 6′1″ and tipped the scales at 210 lbs. I’ve been right around there for most of my adult life, except for right after each of two hospital stays. Both times I dropped down to about 175 lbs or so and both times I felt really good. Unfortunatly, both times my weight immediately began going back up.
The first time that happened I had just had my gall bladder removed and by the time I’d been home six months I was right back at 210 lbs. The most recent time, however, I left the hospital at 175 lbs and have been gaining 5 lbs a month ever since - and that was almost a year ago.
I just found out about www.MyFitnessPal.com. They are absolutely free to join and have an online calorie counter, a fitness journal, and a diet profile that gave me a quick plan on how I can lose 5 lbs by July 3. Cool!
